Bring the whole family and join us at the Shenandoah National Park Blackberry Festival to be held at Big Meadows Wayside, mile 51.3 on the scenic Skyline Drive on July 21st from 11a.m. to 5p.m.  This festival is reminiscent of the time when mountain residents picked the wild blackberries to make their jams, jellies and pies.  In addition to arts and crafts there will be blackberry themed food available such as Pulled Pork with a Blackberry BBQ Sauce, Grilled Chicken with a Blackberry Relish, Blackberry Trifle, Blackberry Cobbler, Blackberry jellies & syrup.
